Strengthening Immigrant Families Together

A nationwide awareness and empowerment campaign led by The Family Advocates Canada to address domestic abuse, family disruption, and the challenges immigrant families face due to cultural transitions. The campaign uses a multi-pronged approach to raise awareness, encourage community dialogue, and empower families with resources and support. Through digital, grassroots, and influencer strategies, the campaign seeks to unify community voices and foster a culture of understanding, healing, and proactive commitment.

Campaign Objectives:

  1. Raise Awareness about the link between cultural shifts and rising family disruption in immigrant communities.
  2. Educate the public and service providers on the lived experiences of immigrant families.
  3. Empower families with tools, support systems, and encouragement.
  4. Mobilize leaders and communities to be part of the solution.

Target Audiences:

  • Immigrant families and individuals
  • Faith leaders and community influencers
  • Social service providers
  • Law enforcement and policymakers
  • General public
