Thriving Relationships Workshops Winter Session 17th Jan - Mar 7th, 2026 across Canada only

Registration is open for Winter, which will be an online-only session across Canada

A research-based program designed to help couples build healthy relationships, improve communication skills, and manage conflicts effectively. It’s also ideal for couples who want to keep growing and learning together. This program is valued at $3200 per family.  

Families contribute $25 per session to support program delivery plus the cost of postage for couples workbook. $250 for 8 weeks session

Over 8 sessions that will run for three hours per session for 8 weeks, we will look at: 

  • Reconnecting

  • Communication

  • Managing conflict

  • Forgiveness, 

  • The impact of extended family/ third parties, 

  • Managing money

  • Sex as a gift

  • Loving each other well

 

8 consecutive Saturdays

Time: 5pm till 8pm MST
