A Creative Connection Circle for all Mums
Becoming a mother can be beautiful, overwhelming, joyful, exhausting, and deeply transformative all at once. In the midst of caring for a new baby, many mums quietly carry the weight of isolation, identity shifts, emotional exhaustion, and the longing for meaningful connection.

Milk, Mingle & Make was created as a gentle and welcoming space where mums can gather weekly to breathe, connect, create, and simply be human together.

This is not about being “good” at art. It is about creating space for wellbeing, friendship, expression, healing, and community.
Whether you are navigating early motherhood for the first time or adjusting to life with multiple children, you are welcome here.

What to Expect

Connect with other mothers

Engage in creative activities such as doodling, drawing, painting, journaling, and simple crafts

Share stories, laughter, and encouragement

Explore creativity as a tool for emotional wellness and resilience

Build community and reduce feelings of isolation

Enjoy a calm and judgment-free atmosphere

Why This Program Matters

Research continues to show that social connection, creative expression, and supportive community can positively impact maternal mental wellness during the postpartum period. Programs that encourage connection and self-expression can help reduce isolation, support emotional well-being, and foster resilience in new mothers.
At Milk, Mingle & Make, we believe mothers deserve spaces where they are cared for too.
