Thriving Relationships Workshops Fall Session

Join our research-informed program designed to help couples build healthy relationships, learn to communicate effectively, and manage conflicts well. Over 8 sessions, each lasting three hours, you and your spouse will explore:

  • Reconnecting

  • Communication

  • Managing Conflict

  • Forgiveness

  • The Impact of Extended Family/Third Parties

  • Managing Money

  • Sex as a Gift

  • Loving Each Other Well

Enjoy a free dinner date experience while learning new ways to have a thriving relationship. You’ll engage in meaningful discussions and activities without having to share personal details with anyone but your spouse. Plus, we provide childcare to make it easier for you to attend.
